WHO WE ARE
The Inclusion for Sustainable Progress Initiative (ISPI) is a women-led, national, non-profit, and non-political NGO registered in South Sudan under the NGO Act, 2016.
Founded in 2025 in Juba, ISPI empowers women and children, strengthens community resilience, and promotes inclusive, sustainable development. At least two-thirds of senior management and board positions are held by women, ensuring gender equity in leadership.
ISPI partners with communities, civil society, government institutions, and international organizations to deliver impactful programs across South Sudan and Kenya.
